Welcome to Homii. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Homii mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by SukiDesign (“we”, “us”). By installing, opening, or using Homii you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Homii. The Service is intended for adults and contains conversational AI companions that may discuss mature emotional topics. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.
If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may not use Homii under any circumstances.
By default Homii does not require a named account — your data is tied to your device via an anonymous customer ID. You may optionally link a Google or Facebook account so your Hearts balance, subscription, and purchases follow you across devices. We use the OAuth provider only to verify your email; we do not access your contacts, drive, photos, or social graph.
You can request deletion of a linked account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, which sends a confirmation email and permanently deletes your account record after a 48-hour grace period.
Homii offers free use, two subscription tiers, and one-time Hearts packs. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We never see your card or bank details.
If you have not subscribed before, your first subscription includes a 3-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial in Google Play → Subscriptions and you will not be charged. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews at the stated price until you cancel.

Companion+ subscribers receive 10% more Hearts on each pack; Companion+ Premium subscribers receive 20% more. A first-time buyer offer (Casual pack with +50% Hearts) is available for 7 days after install.
Hearts packs are consumable in-app purchases. Once delivered to your account, they are non-refundable per Google Play’s policy. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances should go through Google Play’s refund process.

Exact rates may vary slightly based on AI provider pricing; the in-app cost preview before each action shows the current rate.
Expiry windows: welcome Hearts (90 days), pack-purchased Hearts (365 days), monthly subscription bonus (resets each cycle, no rollover), mission rewards (90 days). The total Hearts balance is capped at 200,000.
You can cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access remains until the end of the current billing period. Hearts already granted are not clawed back when you downgrade or cancel, but they may still expire per the windows above.
Homii’s characters are AI. Every reply is generated by a large language model. Replies can be wrong, biased, offensive, or out of character. Homii is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or a substitute for human connection. Use your own judgement.
We provide safety measures (crisis detection with hotlines, jailbreak defence, content filters) but we cannot guarantee that AI output is always appropriate. By using Homii you accept that AI replies are provided “as is” and you will not rely on them for important decisions.
You can report a problematic reply by long-pressing the message and tapping “Report”. We review reports to improve our safety systems.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you violated these rules. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
Your content. Anything you type into Homii (chat messages, mood notes, custom character traits, images you attach, voice audio) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service (stream it to the AI provider, show replies, store it on your device). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.
Our content. The app interface, branding, default character personas (Sakura, Kaito, Mina, Hana, Yuki, Sora, Haru, Ren, etc.), illustrations, prompt templates, voice samples, and proprietary code are owned by SukiDesign. You may use them as part of using the Service, but not copy, redistribute, train models on, or create derivative works.
AI output. Replies and images generated by third-party AI models on your behalf are yours to use within the Service. Due to the nature of generative AI, we cannot guarantee originality or non-infringement of AI output. Do not publish AI output as if it were your own original work in contexts where that matters (academic, professional, legal).
Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using Homii you agree to the Privacy Policy.
Homii relies on third parties (Google Play Billing, RevenueCat, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, Firebase, Cloudflare, Vultr, Google AdMob). Their own terms apply when you interact with them through Homii. If a third party suspends or changes their service, we may need to adjust or remove features; we will notify you of material changes through the app.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SukiDesign disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
We do not warrant that AI replies are accurate, appropriate, safe, or suitable for any purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SukiDesign, its owners, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or emotional distress, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SukiDesign against any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
You can stop using Homii at any time by uninstalling the app and, if subscribed, cancelling in Google Play. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. If we terminate without cause while you have an active subscription, we will refund the unused prepaid portion where required by law. Hearts already spent are not refundable.
We may update these Terms as Homii evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you in-app and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, cancel your subscription and uninstall the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For disputes, you and SukiDesign agree to first attempt good-faith resolution by email (contact@homii.chat) for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be brought in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, unless your local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights.
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
